Drop Off & Pick Up Guideline • Drop off and pick up occurs in the driveway. This allows us to establish a relationship with your pup before entering the salon for a better experience overall. • Please let us know if you will be late or not able to show up for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule you. • Most dogs getting a haircut, trim down, or shave will be here 2-3 hours based on behavior during groom. This time-frame will be estimated at drop off when we are able to examine the coat. If your dog is severely matted, please let us know ahead of time so we can adjust the schedule as needed (this may mean that you will have to select another day for the appointment). This takes more time to address and could incur extra charges for you at pick up. • If your dog is being shaved, please make sure the collar you bring can be adjusted down to fit the shaved size of your dog’s neck. This aids in preventing escape at pick up. • If your dog has extreme behavioral issues during grooming, please keep yourself available for pick up during the estimated groom time. If it becomes unsafe to continue to groom, we will have you come get them. Grooming fees still apply if the groom is stopped for pet behavior. If you pick up more than 30 minutes past notification that your dog’s groom is complete there will be a $15 charge for every hour starting from the time you were notified. Your dog will be kenneled for safety.
